I looked into this when I got married a couple of years ago, because the wedding was in Burien and West Seattle.
The closest hotels I was willing to put family members in were in Sea-Tac and downtown Seattle. There really aren’t any in W. Seattle (aside from that one where you really don’t want to stay) and the ones I found in SoDo and Georgetown weren’t much better.
My parents stayed at a B&B and really liked it. That Mural apts option mentioned in the other thread looks like a good option too.
