We are looking for an energetic, determined, engaging individual to join our West Seattle based home services business.

This is a full-time, year-round position. We would like applicants to plan on being with us for at least two years if they are hired. Compensation is $18-$25 hourly to start, including performance bonuses. A company truck and company phone also may be included.

Job duties include window cleaning and pressure washing, as well as roof and gutter cleaning. Duties vary throughout the year and no day is the same. If you can’t imagine yourself at a desk, then this job is for you!

You must be an athletic and strong individual. Navigating roofs and lifting heavy loads are a daily part of life in this job. You must also be completely unafraid of heights. Experience with ropes and safety protocols is a plus. You must be engaging and personable day in and day out.

We require applicants to have experience doing hard physical work (athletics may count, specifically balance sports such as climbing). We also require that you have a couple years of post-high school education. Of course, a clean driving and criminal record is also required. No drug use of any kind is ever tolerated.

We prefer to hire good people without experience in the field (so we can train them our way), but if you have experience by all means apply. You will definitely be considered.
