Totem and plaque at Admiral viewpoint

While out walking this morning and stopping at the Admiral viewing point to watch Elliot Bay activity, I noticed that part of the boat on the totem was missing and the plaque that explains the importance of the totem and it’s story was gone. Wondering who maintains the totem and plaque and if it will be replaced?

The plaque was knocked over by a driver some weeks back.
Seattle Parks would be accountable for the space, which is technically part of the park across the street.
