Looking to sublease a small apartment or condo in 2009, May-October or can negotiate dates. Would prefer June-early Sept. at a minimum. I would like to pay around $600/mo.
I am a non smoking, pet free, active woman, and will be spending the summer with my daughter and her family. I own a home in South Florida and love getting away to the cooler Seattle climate in the summer too!
Would like a furnished, smoke-free, pet free home that is either a studio or 1 bedroom. I am open to dog/house sitting, but cannot care for cats.
