STEM Design Team form? Help!

Has anyone else had an issue with the online application to join the design team? The font sizing is insane and unchangeable. Is this a mac problem? I have attempted to fill it out online in both Safari, Firefox, and Chrome browsers. The text doesn’t format correctly in Safari, the font size is around 100pt. in Chrome and Firefox will only allow me to open it in Preview or Acrobat. Font size remains an issue in both of these.

I have never encountered this before. Has anyone else had trouble?
