hollyplaceParticipantI swear that I have seen a spray tan spot(the kind where they airbrush on your tan – not the booth) somewhere on the west side of California. Does anyone know if there is one here in WS and if so the name? I have used the bronze bar before and loved it, but it would be nice to stay in WS. This pale girl is heading for Pheonix and a little liquid tan couldn’t hurt;)

beachdrivegirlParticipantHead to toe applies self tanner. I don’t believe of is airbrushed but it is lotion applied by professionals. Have fun in pheonix!

hollyplaceParticipantOh thanks! I already made an appt with divinetan.com – she comes to your house. I don’t know if that is good or bad yet (I will let you know after cleaning the tub and shower:). But will definitely check out WSBodyworks next time and I just emailed your link to my friend. Most of my peeps go to the Bronze Bar because we didn’t know there was a place right here in WS so I am glad I asked. Thanks suzettesezsew too.

beachdrivegirlParticipantso maybe a dumb question but what are the biggest differences between having it air brushed on & the booth?
September 11, 2009 at 9:33 pm #676915
hollyplaceParticipantThe difference is that they can control how light or dark to make you. No streaking, since the technician can see exactly where you are tan and where you aren’t and fix it.

beachdrivegirlParticipantthanks holly. is the cost similar? I always had assumed that the airbrushing was significantly more but if it is comparable than that is something i would be open too. i hate how dark i typically get in the booths.

hollyplaceParticipantIt is usually around $40. They usually all offer packages if you want a discount. I really only go before a trip somewhere warm so I always end up paying the $40. I must say it is really nice to wake up this morning and to be golden brown now I just have to slather on lotion and sunscreen for the next 5 days! Off to the airport…
