amaliaParticipantBig fat ugly expensive repair needed under the sidewalk in the right-of-way (yes, the homeowner is responsible for this). Any recommendations?

dhgParticipantYou might want to call Mr. Rooter to see if there is a better price or a better option. They can re-line the pipes in some instances and that is far cheaper.

R0b0ParticipantWe recently had our sewer line break and went with Affordable Plumbing of West Seattle. Tom and Chris were great in responding very quickly and being pragmatic and experienced in their diagnosis and repair. They did a great job, worked well with us, and were much more affordable than we expected.

swParticipantAnother recommendation for O’Neill Plumbing. They did a great job replacing both the water line into and waste line out of my home. Unfortunately, your $9k estimate is probably about right for the description of the work.
