kaitybratcherParticipantHello!
My name is Kaity – I’m a West Seattle resident working for a local tech company. We are in early stages of product development and looking to conduct some preliminary market research around a new, intelligent system for easily and securely accessing your home. Participants will be rewarded for their time with a $25 Amazon gift card.
You will be asked to attend a 15-20 minute demonstration and complete an exit survey. The study will take place at a private home in the Fauntleroy neighborhood of West Seattle on September 8-10 between the hours of 10 AM – 3 PM and 6 PM – 8PM. You will be asked to travel to the third-party, private residence during your scheduled session. If you would be interested in participating in this study, please fill out this form:
After you complete the form, you’ll hear from us shortly!
Thank you in advance for sharing your insights and opinions – we truly couldn’t do this without you!

DaveBParticipantFYI, your form is requiring an entry on question 5 (Do you or an immediate family member work at one of the following companies?), and there’s no “none of the above” option.

kaitybratcherParticipantThank you, DaveB! I’ve added a “none of the above” option.

PatWSParticipantFolks, please note that completing this form gives whoever is running this project your name, your email, and whether your home has a security system. With this information, it would be easy for someone to find out exactly where you live and the fact that your home is unsecured. Please take that into account when sharing your information with an unknown party.

kaitybratcherParticipantTotally valid flag, PatWS!
Because this study is focused on technology & home security, the question around whether or not your home currently has a security system is meant to gauge your familiarity with in-market security products. We will not be collecting any personal home information, and the study will take place at a third-party residence.
