The paint on my home’s exterior has peeled off in a few places. I don’t want to repaint the entire house at this time; I just need a reliable, reasonably priced handyman or painter to patch up the bare wood areas. The person should be licensed, bonded, and insured. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Just a follow-up: Has anyone used Redbeacon, a service provided through Home Depot, to find a handyman?

You want someone who is experienced, who can stand behind his work so you don’t own a home that looks patchy. Jim Knott, Paint the Town, would be a great choice.

Thanks, dhg! I’ll give Jim a call. Much appreciated.
