We’re looking for a roommate for our spacious house on 46th & Charlestown. WSB’ers will appreciate what a find this is.

Us:

– Male project manager for large home contractor, new to Seattle;

– Male social entrepreneur & consultant to nonprofit with deep ties in the neighborhood; and

– His two elementary school children (half-time).

Altogether, we are a friendly, relaxed bunch. We can be energetic (especially the kids) but conscientious. We keep things neat and clean (with the exception of the play space downstairs where the kids have a bit more license). You’ll find shared interests in outdoor pursuits like hiking, biking, kayaking; gardening & yard work; & good food.

The house:

– beautiful, light-filled spacious main floor

– french doors open onto a large, partially covered deck

– large modern kitchen with breakfast nook (in addition to formal dining room)

– 4 bedrooms: 3 on main floor and 1 in basement. The available room is main floor.

– large family room

– covered patio

– recent remodel, with newer appliances throughout

– terrific yard space, including two large raised garden beds

– 1-car attached garage plus ample storage space

– dog and cat-friendly

– quiet, friendly neighborhood with a wide range of businesses, services, parks, and bus lines nearby

Rent is $712/mo plus 1/4 of utilities. $35 screening fee. 1st + last + $625 deposit due at move-in. Separate deposit for pets.
