RIP Daniel Schorr

Daniel Schorr, NPR correspondent and last of the legendary Edward R. Murrow team died today. No one can live forever, but read a little of what he accomplished and look at what passes for journalism today in some circles and you, too, will be just a little sad.

I’ve been listening to his commentaries on NPR for a while, but didn’t know his history until I read this article. Thanks for posting it, charlabob.

I will miss his distinctive voice signing off on each story with confidence, “I’m Daniel Schorr”.
