Retail Team Lead

[West Seattle Runner]

West Seattle Runner is looking for a team lead/sales associate for Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. More hours are available if requested, but those 3 days are a must.
The only requirement we have is that you are a runner. Retail experience is nice, but not necessary, we can teach you all you need to know about retail. As far as leadership goes, having previous experience is not necessary either (but appreciated), you would just need to be comfortable giving direction and making decisions independently. No team lead action will be required until you and us feel you are ready for the position. But most importantly, you would need to be flexible with the schedule occasionally. The number of hours would stay consistent, but the days worked may need to change every once in a while, mostly to cover staffing gaps.
If you love to run and talk about running, we would love to hear from you. Drop off a resume in the store and ask for Tim or Lori any Tuesday-Saturday. If you come on a Sunday or Monday you can just drop it off and we will get back to you.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
