WSSpartanParticipantUntil this past week I thought great customer service was dead. On Friday Budget Blinds in West Seattle proved me wrong. The history…My wife and I purchased a large honeycomb blind for our front window about a month ago. From the first call through the installation process we were nothing short of impressed. The staff was super friendly and super knowledgeable during every encounter. We love our blind and if the story ended there we would have been extremely satisfied. It wasn’t until last Friday, however, that Budget Blinds rocketed into the pantheon of great customer service. We have a cat. He is old and not so well behaved. I won’t go into detail but last week he had an episode of sorts with our new blind. We had been having a particularly rough week already and this was the proverbial icing on top. Not knowing what to do or how to fix our new blinds we called Budget Blinds for help. Within a matter of minutes they were able to provide a solution at no cost because they understood what it’s like to have pets. Seriously. That’s what they said. They were empathetic because they know what it’s like to have pets. The fact that they were able to relate to a customer on that level and take actions to make us happy is ridiculously awesome. We were already going to go back and get more blinds from them but this will make us lifetime customers and advocates. I cannot thank them enough for turning around what had been a terrible week for us.

littlebrowndogParticipantWe bought shutters from them about a year and a half ago. Phenomenal service, fantastic product, and $500 less than the same product (actually, poorer quality) from a major company that does lots of advertising and claims to have the lowest prices. The whole experience was great.

GinaParticipantHad a similar experience with young cats I was catsitting, and the same type of blind from Budget Blinds. Free replacement. Will be using them again as other shades age out around the house.
