Linda Rohan ARNPMemberHave always had responsive and friendly service at their store on California (2607… next to Circa) for key copying, rings, etc.
But today, Stan, owner and super-hero. made quick time to my apartment after a key jam / lock failure. I was back in my place in less than an hour and I am now an even more loyal customer.

miwsParticipantI was up by there late this morning, waiting for the bus to come back Home.
I’m not in that area often, but was remembering something I noticed at the same spot a few years back, is that they have a wall clock on the south wall, near the front window that is positioned in such a manner that suggests it’s there for the bus riders’ benefit.
I remember thinking that previous time, that if that is indeed the case, how nice it was of them to do that.
I even thought today, that I should post a “Rave” here! :-)

PDHParticipantStan also provided us with the quickest, most efficient, friendly service a few months ago. Also learned some interesting stuff from him about locks, doors, equipment, etc. Definitely will use him in the future too.

sbreParticipantStan, Charity and the crew are a great group of professionals who have helped me with close to a decage now with all the lock issues with my rental properties.
Stan runs a pretty good shop but Charity is definately the brains of the out fit!!!
