DBurnsParticipantIn the spirit of supporting small business owners (and because you can’t eat pizza everyday for lunch haha) I wanted to share this GEM of a lunch spot!! We have been twice now and love everything we’ve tried. The food is fresh and innovative. I had a butternut squash soup with coconut milk yesterday that was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious!
Priced well and super friendly. A great lunch spot to put on your rotation! (Along with a slice of pizza lol)
Great job, Greenbridge!!

WSSpartanParticipantYes! I totally second this rave. My wife and I have been to GBC on several occasions and the food and service have been nothing short of top notch. I’m happy others share our same affinity for this local spot.

GoGoParticipantWe had lunch at Greenbridge Cafe last Saturday, it was really, really good. Nice place, clean, all the women that work there were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and soon!

MellyMelParticipantAnother vote for Greenbridge cafe. It is more like a “bistro” in terms of type of food. I had lime-cilantro chopped chicken salad that was excellent. Partner had vegetable flatbread that was also delicious.

dhgParticipantGood food, beautiful space designed by the chef! Very happy with it.

PibalParticipantThis is great to know!
May I suggest you add your rave comments to this cafe in the WSB restaurant section? This thread will eventually be lost but the comments there will stick with the restaurant listing.
I now know another new place to try. Thanks!

seaopgalParticipantYes, thanks for this reco! We went today for lunch and ordered exactly what MellyMel had. The flatbread was especially good with roasted green beans, cauliflower, tomatoes, zucchini and asparagus, topped with goat cheese and balsamic vinegar. Very tasty, and a nice comfy space. Saturday brunch and the desserts look very appealing, too. They need — and deserve — more customers!
Just south of Roxbury, on 8th Ave. S.W., in the new Greenbridge neighborhood.
