goodgracesParticipantI just think these guys are fabulous. I obviously can’t speak for everyone else’s experiences, but mine have been 110% positive at this Junction business. They are nice! Honest! Generous! Polite! Truly, I am thankful they’re around.

rockhillsMemberMe too, only positive experiences here!

BarbGMemberI went there for the first time recently and they were great! Best price on the item I needed, and they got me in and taken care of quickly when I told them I had a conflicting appointment.

LStephensParticipantThey live up to their “Courtesy” Tire reputation. We have used them for many years. I have also noticed that most of the employees have been there for many years. I always like to think long-term employees are a sign of good management. Yay for a great Junction business!

BobLoblawParticipantHard to believe it has taken me all this time to post a rave for these guys. They are the best. In an age where franchise shops get such an awful rep, the folks at Courtesy are a welcome respit. I doubt they will ever appear on 20/20, or even be gotten by Jesse.
The Loblaws have trusted them with basic care for more than a decade. Always on time. Always on budget. Always honest.

WesCAddleMemberBob, I think you should start a blog. Maybe one about law? I’m having a hard time coming up with a website name for it though. Any ideas?
BTW- I’ve been using CT for years and have always felt they treat me fairly. It’s the first place I bring my car when it needs service.

mrhinehMemberToday I dropped into CT because I noticed one of my tires that had been plugged 2 times now (from screws) looked a little low. I went into the office and it was lunch time for the crew (Kelly, Tim and the guys), sitting there, munching their hoagies and taking 5. I explained my concern, and one of them jumps up, goes and checks not just the one, but all of my tires and adjusts the tire pressure. This is a great crew and we regularly do our general maintenance and service here without hesitation.
Thanks CT!

KenParticipantI abuse them shamelessly.
I get some minor work done there and tire fixes…
But I rely on them to double check my own diagnosis on complex repairs before I do them myself.
The diag is usually 45.00 to 60.00 but that saves me money in the long run.
Of course if I had more money than time I would let them do the work, but even if it takes me 4 days to do the brake job it would take them 3 hours to do, I still come out way ahead.
If you time is worth more than the cash, by all means let them do the job.

mom2sorenMemberI just forked out $450 there for 4 new tires. Since I have awd, I was advised to buy 4 tires instead of just one to replace a flat (ie. so that the tread wears evenly). I’m not sure if this was a deal or steal, but the job was done w/ professionalism & they were nice.
February 25, 2009 at 11:50 pm #658481
goodgracesParticipantmom2soren: Same story here, except our 4 of OUR AWD tires cost $850. I was skeptical, too, about having to buy 4 new tires when only one was bad. Turns out, they are spot-on. If you ask around (or research online) you’ll realize that allowing you to buy only 1 tire would have been bad customer service, not the other way around. CT has won my biz for life!

mom2sorenMemberGood to know, goodgraces, thanks.

pabloa3MemberFor me, courtesy tire is priced on the higher side…BUT…their service is great and I will absolutely continue to use them. I like being able to frequent local businesses even if it requires a premium – for me it is well worth great service and quality.
FYI, I’ve used them twice – both times for 4 new tires. The second time also required all new brakes and some other work. In fact, they obtained the second set of tires and installed them (same day) during the middle of Snowpocalypse in December – that was very impressive.

rockhillsMemberI should add my experience of two winters ago, when we also had a lot of snow: The morning after the first big snow of the winter they were sold out of the tire chains I needed. At the time of the next significant snow (about a week later,) I discovered that they had saved a set for me out of their next shipment, without my asking them to. Great guys.
