Rant: Horrible Neighbor

UPDATE:

I have to give my neighbors a RAVE: The dog noise has gone to nothing, good for them. Though now I have a sulking neighbor who gives me dirty looks every time we see each other…

I’ll take the sulking neighbor as long as the dogs shut up…..
