I saw that this morning…wow, just wow…I would have hung up on the guy immediately, called back, asked for a stupidviser……guy took his job waaaay too seriously

I can’t believe I just listened to all eight mins of that maddening conversation. It was awesome how calm the caller stayed. I’m sure it helped that he was recording the conversation, but still!
