If you want to get Coast Guard and other government employees and contractors back to work and get them their back pay ASAP, join the protest at the Federal Building downtown on 2nd and Marion. Although contractors (like janitors, etc) will probably not get back pay. Here is the information:

Crisis averted for 3 weeks. Protest has been canccelled.
