I’ve been generally happy with Swedish Physicians children’s clinic, but we are now looking for a change. The main driver is that they just seem over-booked with patients and non-emergency visits are scheduled over two months out.

I’m willing to go outside of West Seattle, so if anyone has a doctor they love for 10-13ish year olds, I’d appreciate the info. Thanks!

I’ve been really happy with my experiences at the Polyclinic for the last 7 years. Just recently had an appointment at their new building on Madison and it was really nice and a quick drive from here. Don’t have kids but my GP is in the family medicine practice and she’s awesome! They partner with Swedish for hospital stuff so it should be fairly seamless to have records transferred.

Dr. Paymon Elahi in Burien at SW Pediatrics is an amazing doctor. The receptionists are like family, very nice folks there.

I second Paymon Elahi at SW Pediatrics! He’s a great doctor. He knows us by name… even when we’ve run into him at the grocery store!
