    We’re looking for someone who really enjoys working directly with customers to join our front desk Customer Salon Coordinator team! We provide what’s needed to keep our salon a well-oiled-machine, since opening our doors in West Seattle 40 years ago! As a Customer Service Coordinator, we don’t “do hair” but we do just about everything else; whatever it takes to maintain a calm, creative, clean, and FUN atmosphere for ALL!

    Hours:
    PART TIME, Approx 25-30 hrs/wk, afternoons and evenings (closing shifts), more hours during summer or during vacation times, Mon-Fri, we are CLOSED SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS

    Compensation:
    •$15/hr + bonus potential

    Daily duties to include, but not limited to:
    • Greeting, assisting, checking in/out clients
    • Answering phones, and provide all client related service scheduling via our computer salon program
    • Ensure clients and stylist teams’ needs are met throughout your shift
    • Maintain the cleanliness of salon at all times
    • In charge of maintaining product inventory: receiving order shipments, pricing/putting out new items,
    assisting in the creating/organizing of retail displays and signage used to enhance and highlight specific items.
    • More tasks will be assigned with increased salon experience

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service related job
    • Fluent in creating great conversations with the public: in person, over the phone and in typed prose
    • Confident and proficient in computer/typing skills
    • Know your way around a computer and understand basic program data, including MS Word
    • Worked with completing and troubleshooting day to day currency transactions
    • Self-motivated and proactive, along with the ability to multitask
    • Willing to take direction from any member of our team
    • A “say everything with a smile” mentality
    • Must have a reliable, professional, and positive attitude
    **Experience in salon/hair/beauty industry or previous salon experience a plus!**
