Project Crew Lead

We are currently looking for a Crew Lead for our project installation team. You will be helping us with the most exciting part of our business-transforming landscapes! Typical projects involve stonework, woodwork, irrigation systems, and plantings. We are growing quickly so there will be room for advancement.

Experience Required:

– At least one year of experience working in landscape construction and/or maintenance.

-Experience in supervisory role.

Experience Desired:

– Installation/Maintenance of Irrigation & Drainage Systems

– Construction of stone/paver patios & walkways

– Experience operating landscaping related machinery

– Knowledge of organic soil building techniques

– Knowledge of plants common to Pacific Northwest landscapes

General Requirements:

– Valid WA driver’s license and a good driving record.

– Reliable Transportation to West Seattle

– Able to work from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, both beginning and ending in West Seattle

We work in a very fast-paced environment that can require large amounts of both physical and mental exertion. With this comes the need for an energetic and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively is a working supervisor. We are an upbeat and positive team and look forward to adding a new team member who are like-minded.

During our busy season, we work four 10 hours shifts and no weekends!
