Anyone else notice how the trains have been extra noisy in the nights lately. Lot’s of loud whistle’s, or whatever they are called. But living in Admiral area they are louder than normal.

Also, this a.m. Nucor was very loud with dropping steel sounds, around 6:00 a.m.

Noisy ? I thought this was the silent night time of year :)

Trains don’t bother me at all.

The incredible and nonstop braying of emergency vehicles though. That’s what gets me.

It used to be few and far between – but anymore? It is all the time.

Big Bling. I hear them on Alki. Love their sound. But, as stated before the when/where/how long train whistles blow are regulated under federal law. If you, or anyone else has issues you’ll have to take them up with your congressional representative. It will require a congressional vote to change. 937. AMR’s sirens really are loud and annoying!

Some jerk likes to drive through my neighborhood revving the engine to the max. Does it a few times, both day and night. I’m assuming this person must live around here.
