So, I’ve received an email that there are planned sit-ins coming to our state in the coming weeks/months to non-violently protest this plan.
Rainforest Action Network has an easily found site that has sign ups and the option to be trained in how to perform peaceful civil disobedience – should it be required.
I, for one, am glad that this is growing across the country. The administration bought some more time which pushes the decision likely past the November elections. This is a hopeful sign. Let’s see if we can muster some additional backbone against this plan.
