I wish they’d pay homage to its namesake and offer up the #5; Almond Chicken, Sub Gum Chow Mein, Egg Foo Young.

I’m going to admit that I was a fan of the New Luck Toy almond chicken, but usually had the lunch special for one with won ton soup for financial reasons back in the 80’s. (not going to admit this on the main page post!)

Gina…how ’bout those 2.95 steaks at Spencer House…

and the Hi-Hat..ex always said that was where all the teenagers went to buy smokes…lol

Hi-Hat had cigarette vending machine in entry, no staff in that area. Other cigarette vending machines in the area were located in the actual bar area. Can’t say whether or not there was planned extra profit at Hi-Hat.
