SPOTLIGHT POSITIONS
Teachers
who create engaging, high quality classrooms for toddlers or preschoolers that are nurturing, safe, and culturally and linguistically responsive to a diverse groups of young learners. Education requirements for this position are: Child Development Associate (CDA) or 12 ECE credits, AA or BA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or an unrelated BA with 30 ECE credits, or related BA with 15 ECE credits.

Family Educators
who work with teachers to create high quality classroom environments while also making meaningful connections with parents to support family strengths, goals, and needs. Education requirements for this position are: Child Development Associate (CDA) or 12 ECE credits or Family Development Credential or equivalent.

Center Based Supervisors
who plan, coordinate, and implement a high-quality preschool program for children and families by providing coaching, reflection, and supervision to teachers, managing day to day operations of centers, and monitoring program requirements. Education requirements for this position are: BA in ECE; or an unrelated BA with 30 ECE credits, or related BA with 15 ECE.
