B-squaredParticipantDoes anyone have bluetooth speakers that they are delighted with? I am interested in going that route but am not sure of the quality and don’t know where to go to hear them. i have listened to the JBL Flip and the SHOqbox SB7200 and they were OK, for the price i guess. But i’d like a few other opinions.

sacatoshParticipantDepends on your budget range. I recently bought a Bose system (main system) in the $500 range and a second, smaller speaker in the $200 range for the bedroom. Both are spectacular. I had no idea you could have that quality of sound without 10-15 various sized speakers in strategic locations around the house. I am EXTREMELY happy with the systems I bought. Bonus: the old iphone I replaced a while back is now serving as an ipod and holds all my music, which then is easily played by the sound system via airstream or bluetooth. It couldn’t be easier or more convenient.

JayDeeParticipantI have a SoundFreaq that has a rechargeable battery that can fit easily in luggage that expands to open up a bass chamber and has a pretty good presence. Highly rated when I bought in December 2012. I am sure the Bose are great but I wanted something value oriented I could take on vacation.

LindseyParticipantI really like my Jambox by Jawbone. They come in a couple of sizes and the sound quality is great.
That is, if you are looking for something to play music off a mobile device.
