jimParticipantThe Mural Apartment building at Alaska Junction has been sold and a new management agency will be taking over Friday. I have lived at Mural since it opened and while the rents seem overpriced the management team have always done a very good job and were super friendly. I’m hoping that the new owners and management team will do the same.

I got the impression that much of the “front office” staff was staying in place, but that administrative duplication – finance, HR, etc. would be cut back.

DianeParticipantGenHillOne; the admin/hr staff for Harbor is different from the property management company; Harbor is the developer; and they hire pm companies to manage their properties, lease the apts; Indigo was the pm company since both Mural and Link opened; Harbor just changed to Riverstone, with all new leasing/pm staff, at all their properties; Indigo is a local pm group, tiny in comparison to Riverstone Residential, which is a huge national pm company
