The way we do this so far is with competitive pay, birthdays off, monthly MoxyJo’s dinners or days out, weekly breakfast during meetings, snacks and drinks provided for the day ahead, flexibility in the hours and days the employees need, and once a month massage for full time employees. Speaking of full time, we only require our employees to clean 30 hours a week to qualify as full time. We know this is hard work and its hard on the body.
