Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
– Support the sales team and overall sales process
– Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate party
– Promptly contact all qualified leads and schedule in-home survey
– Track qualified leads, closing ratios, and overall sales statistics
Expanded Responsibilities:
– Execute weekly direct mail campaign for all offices
– Make weekly posts to all social media accounts
– Design, write, and publish company quarterly newsletter
– Acquire weekly positive reviews from customers
– Attend meetings as assigned, publish meeting minutes
– Creative design of new marketing materials
Necessary Job Skills & Qualifications:
– Four-year degree preferred or equivalent job experience
– Working knowledge of SEO best practices and experience managing a PPC marketing budget
– Strong work ethic, attention to detail work style, and a positive attitude.
– Be able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
– Must be comfortable asking questions and taking directions
– Excellent written and verbal communication of the English language (Bilingual is a plus)
– Microsoft Office, Photoshop/Illustrator, Social Media
Benefits:
– Salary: $40,000 /year, plus commission, & (medical, dental, 401k match benefits)
