service dog academyMemberThis is my first halloween in the Morgan Junction. I see that the Alaska Junction has trick or treating on the 29th. Im wondering, does anyone know if there is the same type of program in the Morgan Junction? Do we even have normal trick or treaters on Halloween? Im not seeing much on the Morgan Junction Community Association Webpage. I think trick or treaters would be a great way to socialize the puppies from my puppy classes but I need to know if they even come to this area before I send out an email inviting my puppy parents to a free socialization hour. Help!

metrognomeParticipantThriftway is usually the center of non-alcoholic-based fun in Morgan Junction; they’re doing a Halloween party for kids age 1 – 10 on the 29th from 11a to 1p

WSBKeymasterNo, there’s no organized Morgan Junction trick-or-treating. Admiral, Alki, Westwood, White Center. Listed on the link at the bottom of the TOP STORIES list atop the sidebar. You could certainly try organizing one for next year, though!

service dog academyMemberThanks for the info metrognome and WSB. Thanks for the idea WSB, but in the grand scheme of things, I dont think it would be a good idea for the diabetic alert dog trainer to organize a gathering to give large amounts of sugar away to kids. :) Maybe there some other business in the morgan junction that would take this job on.
