    My mother-in-law, Ann Allen has been missing from Providence Mount Saint Vincent assisted living since about 7:50 pm this evening. It is almost certain that she is outside the facility. She is 86 years old and suffers from fairly advanced dementia. She may believe that she is trying to return home to Windsor, Connecticut or to somplace in Illinois. She is wearing only a light tan or beige sweater with patterns, and she is probably carrying a black oxygen tank pack. She is about 5’2″. Please call the police immediately if you have any information.

    Trying to verify with family/police but I believe I have just heard on the scanner a few minutes ago that she has turned up at the Harborview ER.

    And they have confirmed. Yay. They don’t know how she got there but what matters is that she’s no longer missing. – TR

    Its so scarey when that happens. It could be me someday. Glad she’s ok.

    I told my dermatologist the other day that I was 75! He told me I was 77(July)! Have no idea why I said that as have complained that in 3 more years I’ll be 70! Sounds old.

    Betty, you may be nearly 77 years old, but you still have the heart, mind, and spirit of a 75 year old youngster! ;-)

    So glad she was found. Betty, if it makes you feel better I kept saying I was 48 years old for a few days last fall until my coworker pointed out to me I was still 46. : )

    I’ll be 55 near the end of September, but when I hear someone say that they just turned, or are about to turn 50, I think that we’re very close in age, until I realize they were born in 1963!
