Looking for floor refinisher

We have an older WS home that has oak hardwood flooring. We would like to take up the carpeting and get the floors finished; we would prefer Swedish finish. Does anyone have recent experience with a floor finisher they can recommend?

We did ours on our own and all I have to say is DON’T! It’s a very hard job, those DIY Shows on TV are full of… Don’t know of anyone but good luck in finding someone.

I see your post is from a while back, but I had an EXCELLENT experience with Celtic Hardwood Floors 2 years ago. Had my floors refinished when I moved into an old house — got some major water stains out. Contact is Paul Colleran 206-235-6995.
