AnonymousInactiveCan anyone recommend a good Periodonist in Seattle? I just had oral surgery to remove a tooth and will need to have more surgery for either an implant or a bridge, not sure which I will go with.

flowerpetalMemberWithout wavering, I can confidently recommend Dr Lloyd Tucker and his staff. His office is at 4150 California Ave, just north of the Post Office in the Junction. 937-8253. Not only is Dr. T. kind, and exhibiting the best chair-side manner, he is also extremely knowledgable and up to date with periodontics and implants. I love his staff too!

Tow-boaterMemberI can second the recommendation for Dr. Tucker. He is the consummate professional. I’m a dental-phobic and he’s managed to get me through some major issues.

AnonymousInactiveThanks I appreciate the feedback! I too am a dental-phobic, I was not pleased at all finding out I would need surgery to remove a molar and now I need more surgery to get an implant.

acemotelParticipantis it a first molar? I wouldn’t imagine a third or second would need replacement…?

AnonymousInactiveIt is a replacement for my left upper molar #14 to be exact and yes it does need to be replaced. I am looking at either a permanent bridge or an implant, it all depends on if I have enough bone for a bridge. I need to wait until I develope more bone as I had 4 roots removed as well as the molar.

AndieMQParticipantNot to stir the pot; however, I would highly recommend Dr. Dan Friedman in Burien. His staff is fantastic. There isn’t anyone in my family I wouldn’t send to him.
