Hi Neighbors, where is the closest and recommended Vet emergency? I have never had to take my pet to one and we thought we were going to but although we don’t have to now, I would like to know what you all recommend?

    Thanks!

I recommend Seattle Vet Specialists on Capitol Hill. We don’t have a 24/7 emergency clinic in West Seattle, and the closest one I do not recommend. SVS has been wonderful to us in stressful circumstances.

Honestly, I would recommend that you go to a trusted veterinarian or veterinary assistant who is a real expert. Because there are very few good specialists nowadays. As far as I am concerned, a good specialist has finished https://www.happyhealthydogblog.com/vet-assistant/.Вообще, veterinary assistants play a vital role when the day-to-day operations of a veterinary hospital are in question and ensure its smooth running. And most importantly, Animal Care is not the only service they provide. That’s why I would like you to find a true professional

Seattle Vet Specialists, that’s where I take my 3 dogs and let me tell you they should have patient reward cards by now lol. They’ve taken care of mine for the past 7 years, never closed. Saved one of my Dachshunds from Xylitol poison, was there 3 nights and had updates several times a day. My pets have had a colonoscopy, labs, ultrasounds my other Dachshund was diagnosed with Pancreatitis last year after 2 ER visits and hasn’t been sick since (knock on wood). Yes they are pricey, they have specialist but have financial resources. I have pet insurance and they’ve covered everything so far. They’ve also never pushed a procedure not necessary, That’s my recommendation, sorry long reply.

There is a very convenient 24 hour emergency vet in Top Hat. https://www.southseattlevet.com/ I haven’t had to use them, but some friends have with good reviews. 24/7 coverage, and with the bridge out, this may be a quicker option.
