Don’t know if this has been posted before so maybe this is old news.

Restaurant.com has some local restaurant deals going right now. Read the fine print – some deals are better than others:

    Pegasus Pizza & Pasta

    Alki Crab & Fish

    Angelina’s

    American | Asian

    Bamboo Bar & Grill

    Feedback Lounge

    Royal India Grill

    Shadowland

    Highstrike Grill

    Guadalajara

    Olympia Pizza & Pasta

    Admiral Pub

    Yen-Wor Village

    Kokoras Greek Grill

One thing to watch on there is whether the restaurant is still open – for a long time they had Cafe Revo discounts after they had closed – I emailed them 4 times to get it off the site. So if you’re not really familiar with a restaurant, just make sure it’s still open first.

    LOVE restaurant.com

Just FYI went to Yen-Wor last night with a gift cert. that I bought in January so they honored it – but they have a note on the door that says they would not accept any restaurant.com bought after June 30th…

When I went to restaurants.com to purchase some gift certs, it asked for a promo code. I searched the web and found one. I saved an additional 80% on the gift certificates. The promo code was “hot”. $500.00 of gift certificates for $42.00. Now that’s a great deal!!!

I always look for the 80% off deals. That’s the only time I but their certificates. Some restaurants want you to buy a minimum of $35, but then, some, like Admiral Pub (really?) want it to be a $50 minimum. I think it’ would be difficult to spend $50 at the Admiral Pub if it was just two people, since beverage is not usually included. Is this how they discourage users? It just seems odd to me.
