Hi West Seattle!

Is anyone interested in taking over a lease starting August 1st – February 15th? (If you can’t move in until September we are willing to work with you)

The apartment building is conveniently located on 39th ave. above a LA Fitness and across the street from Trader Joes and Whole Foods, it’s Walking distance to some of Seattle’s best restaurants and bars.

Our apartment is a spacious one bed room plus den. Please reach out if you are interested and you can come over for a tour of the apartment and complex.
