Landscaper – Immediate Opening! (West Seattle)

Compensation: Pay is dependent on experience, starting at $14 to $18/hour.

Nancy Fritz Designs, LLC is a landscaping company specializing in fine gardening, maintenance, planting installation, and light landscape construction. We are looking for a CREW MEMBER and/or CREW LEAD. This is someone with a minimum of three years experience in the industry. He/she must be adept in identifying weeds and ornamentals, as well as, reliable, positive, and passionate about the work. He/she needs to be independent, hardworking, and able to stay on task if alone on the job site. It is also important that the applicant be able to do manual labor (i.e. bending, lifting, digging, kneeling, etc.), large amounts of physical exertion and be able to drive a work pick-up truck. During peak season, the work week ranges from 35 to 42 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, and the occasional Monday or Saturday. Other times of the year, the work week ranges from 22 to 35 hours per week. Reliable transportation is required to get to and from the job sites. There is an opportunity to grow with us and we hope to build a lasting work relationship.
