Anybody know where to get good vegetarian kung pao around here? I’ve got a hankering for some kung pao chicken, but without the chicken.
I figured it’d be easier to ask y’all than call all the Chinese establishments on the peninsula. :)

not around here, but the BEST by far is Bamboo Garden on Lower Queen Anne.
I eat meat and I still love eating here.

I’m not vegetarian either, just not feeling like chicken ATM.
The best tofu kung pao I have eaten in town is at the Wild Ginger downtown Seattle.
Dont forget the order the green beans, to compliment it.
I like the papaya salad with tofu also, but I believe it has fish sauce in it.
That said, you can’t go wrong at the Bamboo Garden as suggested above

I really like Lee’s Asian on California. They have a good range of Vegetarian options without going downtown. I second the green beans at Wild Ginger, yummy!
