NichelleParticipantLooking for a Full time Assistant
Hours 7:30am to 4:30pm
Days: Monday – Friday
Wages $9.50 – $12.00 DOE
Benefits: Paid Holidays off, some vacation pay,
Willing to train the right person
Possible college opportunity after 6 months of employment for CDA Degree in early childhood
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must enjoy working with children and demonstrate your ability to work with children of all ages
Working directly with childcare provider and substitute staff to ensure the safety and well being of the children in care
Follow all policies and procedures in handbook and of my childcare business
Participate in trainings annually
Other job related duties as assigned
Cleaning, diaper changing,supervising children at all times
Assist in preschool/toddler activities, outdoor and indoor activities, field trips.
Must speak fluent English
Dress appropriately (casual attire)
Licenses, certificates,& other requirements:
Some can be obtained after employment begins
– Criminal history clearance through Washington State Patrol
– Certified CPR and First Aid
– 2 hour HIV class
– 20 Hours Stars basic training
– Current TB Mantoux test
– Food handlers card
– Washington State drivers license
We do not provide childcare for staff’s children
