Does anyone know of local daycare or schooling for toddlers/preschoolers that is German immersion? I can’t fight all this english by myself any longer. My own German is not perfect and my kids hear English all day at daycare. I ran into someone on Alki Beach who said he knew of someone opening a new “school” for German language. Ring any bells? Anyone? Thanks

Europa Kids is the one, I believe, that is here near WS. Sponge and Zoom also have German kiddie classes.

We just started our son in Europa Kids. The website is http://www.europakids.com/ if you want to check it out. They seem to have open houses every few weeks or I’m sure they’d talk to you if you can’t wait for the next one.

Probably too far but my brother takes his kids to a place in Issaquah that they love! PM me if you want the name – I’d have to ask him.

There is a german translation business near the corner of 41st and Edmunds (store of a condo building). You might ask them. Sorry I dont know their name – I think it is German Language Service.

There’s a German school up north around the U District. My nieces went for quite a few years.
