Because my jerkwad neighbors are still setting off fireworks. But ohh, “It’s just one night a year!” (It’s July 6.) And New Year’s Eve. And every Seahawks game. And every Sounders game. And the away games too.

i put my dog in the kennel.. and don’t think it’s safe to bring him home for another week even though he hasn’t much home time left… living out his final days traumatized by fireworks isn’t an option.
