Community Association Manager
We are a full-service management company that handles the complete operation and administration of varied homeowner associations including condominiums and town homes in Seattle.
Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results while handling multiple issues and projects. Solid verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, computer literacy in networks, MS Office and Excel with adaptability to new software, and a positive, can-do attitude are also required.
Candidates will be trained in managing multiple associations including budgeting, project management, obtaining service bids and interacting with contractors, and preparing for and coordinating association meetings. Training will include governing documents of associations and Federal, State and Local Regulations.
Prior customer fast-paced service, or association management and CAI accreditation a plus.
Background check and writing sample are required.
