Holden proposed development

This is moving forward. I know it’s been discussed before, but now that the newer plan set is out, I’m wondering what the other neighbors think. The homes look more like the other townhomes on Holden, except they are individual structures. You can’t really tell from these plans whether they are the higher-end type homes springing up in the neighborhood (which I’m sure would be a good thing), or whether they are the cookie-cutter stuff. I can tell that the preserved “green belt” is just a narrow bunch of retained trees that the new owners will probably have removed as hazard trees.
