For the past 19 seasons I’ve been donning a lot of padding, a red & white suit and a beard & wig to visit parties in the area and raise money for local children-based non-profits.

This season is my third to benefit WestSide Baby, I schedule and make the visit while the customer contacts WSB to make their donation.

There are many local families’ Christmas gatherings that I visit every year; I Ho-Ho-Ho, we sing songs, tell jokes or maybe I read an ever-popular story I wrote of how Santa *might* have become Chris Cringle.

Some people have even made donations to have Santa ‘caught on camera’ leaving gifts under the tree and/or making-off with the cookies left out for him, then showing those photos to the kids on Christmas Day as PROOF he was here!! I even have one family I called and spoke to the kids as they traveled each Christmas during their growing-up years.

Whether a traditional sit-down visit or something different and fun, whatever we can do to help WestSide Baby realize a few more badly-needed donations, this Santa is up for the task.

Local references are available, and know that this Santa has also driven a school bus in west Seattle AND been a volunteer coach at Hiawatha CC for the past 14 years. He’s well known around these here parts!!!

I welcome your email to get things started.

Local reference here! We have had Santa Al come visit us at our house for several years now (I’m thinking 6 or 7??). He has watched our children grow up, listened to them tell them what they want for Christmas (while parents try to listen in), asked them about school, their day, etc. It has been a wonderful experience for both children and parents. This is truly the highlight of our season, having Santa Al come. Every year he comes, sings songs with our kids (sometimes a great story/poem he wrote) and and our children have such a wonderful time. The best part is that we can help Westside Baby, such a wonderful organization. Please contact Santa Al to come visit and help a great organization in the meantime. (I would post photos if I knew how!!)
