Does anyone know a person who does small appliance (hairdryer) repair? I realize that might sound ridiculous but I have an expensive T3 hairdryer that has a heating coil burned out. Would love to have it fixed! Thanks!

Try Mr Rafferd (sp) at True Value Hardware. He is an electrician and I know he takes on jobs on the side.

I am guessing it would be cheaper to buy a new one…sad, but true.

Wow, pricey, but with a 4 year warranty? Quality dryer. How about a local salon? I think the bigger problem will be getting the parts.

I think I just need a heating coil replaced. It’s a $200+ hairdryer. I know, I know…..but it works SO good. I have really long hair. I’ve had it about three years. Thanks for the suggestions!

Well, I wasn’t kidding when they said they had a 4 year warranty. Contact your retailer, or the manufacturer.

I have had three T3’s, all which had electrical problems. I know they can be tricky honoring thir warrantys, but I think sending it to the factory is usually the best choice- or maybe check with them and see if they have a preferred repair person in the area.
