Seattle Green Cleaner is the most environmentally responsible, socially responsible, award winning house cleaning company in Seattle. The cleaning products we use are safe for employees, customers, children, pets AND the environment. We don’t use anything disposable or wasteful. We are serious about being green!

Our cleaners enjoy:

– Long term W-2 employment (not a 1099 contractor).

– Top dollar wages ($11-$16/hourly DOE), tips, bonuses, and paid on-the-job training

– 25-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. Want your weekends for yourself? You got it! This is a Monday-Friday job.

– PTO and flexible holidays.

– AAA memberships (drivers).

– All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided for you.

– The use of a company car to and from cleaning appointments on a rotating basis

– Annual fun activities (like hang-gliding and learning the trapeze)

Candidate must (without exception):

– Have a reliable vehicle that can transport 2 cleaners and equipment daily, a valid driver’s license (and clean driving record) and auto insurance.

– Be available 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, without exception.

– Live within Seattle city limits (Burien and White Center okay). We start and end each day in West Seattle so a West Seattle resident is preferred.

– Have a smart phone (to see your online schedule, work orders and emails during the day).

Candidates must also:

– Speak and write English fluently.

– Be able to stand, kneel, twist, bend over, etc. for long periods of time.

– Be able to lift 35 pounds easily and often throughout the day

– Be able to pass a back-ground check.

– Want a long-term position. This is not a part-time or short-term job.

– Be RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE. We are looking for a “go-getter” with a strong work ethic.
