    I was excited to see the new menu at Fresh Bistro, and Matador, West 5, Buddha Ruksa, and Mission always have a decent selection of vegetarian dishes. What restaurants in West Seattle do you think are vegetarian-friendly? What dishes do you recommend?

    Elliot Bay Brewery has the best veggie burgers ever. They also have a fair selection of vegetarian/vegan fare.

    I was surprised to hear from vegan friends that Phoenicia on Alki has been very accomodating.

    The appetizer dishes at Ephesus are seemingly vegetarian and YUMMY to boot: http://www.yelp.com/biz/ephesus-restaurant-seattle. The bread is to die for. Service can sometimes be slow though.
