Two weeks ago I ordered micro-cans to replace the garbage and yard waste cans I currently have. Just called today and no change-of-service request was ever added to my record. Turns out they’ve been so inundated they were just writing everything down on paper, hoping to get the info entered at some point. This was a particular concern to me as I made the change to save money in my currently unemployed situation. So, if it’s been over five business days and you’ve requested a change that hasn’t come through – call them. 206.684.3000–and be prepared to be on Hold for a while.
