RainyDay1235MemberWe are looking for new bedroom furniture. We do not want furniture you build yourself – nor can we pickup anything ourselves.
Can anyone recommend “real” furniture companies that include delivery – even if for a small fee?

wundrgrrrlParticipantI’m not sure what qualifies as “real”, but for more contemporary designs, Dania delivers. If items do need assembly they will do that too for a small fee.

celeste17ParticipantHow about Mor Furniture? I see them advertise on TV all the time. They are down in Renton near IKEA.

beachdrivegirlParticipantWe got a great living room set @ the Kasala outlet. They delivered too! Not sure if they do bedroom sets but defin. work checking out.they are a bit on the contemporary side as well. I do know that Macy’s furniture also delivers. They have both the furniture store & furniture outlet in Southcenter. My aunt is a manager there & the best sale of the year will be their Memorial Day weekend sale. :) Good luck!

RainyDay1235MemberOk, cool. I will look at Village Wood Works and Sleepers first. I really thought Sleepers just did recliners and sofas.
Checked Kasala and nothing we liked right now. MOR is on our list, good to know they deliver! And Macy’s Memorial Sale sounds like something to look out for too!

livingonthebeachMemberI always try and refer local WS companies first, but Sansaco in Tukwila is awesome. They are a warehouse store with tons of great stuff in stock (or things you can order). They work with a delivery company that has always done great work for us.
We originally found our family room furniture at Macy’s Outlet then went to Sansaco and they got the exact same thing for less. We have also picked up some great deals with stuff in-stock.
They do not have a website.

Good luck!

MaterMemberHave you looked at Costco.com? We just ordered our living room furniture from them and shipping and handling is included. They are also well aware that having never actually seen the furniture in person or sat on it that returns could happen and they also cover that too!

beachdrivegirlParticipantMight even want to check out costco furniture in kirkland. they are closing shop so you might be able to grab a deal.

nuniMemberVillage Wordworks has a bedroom set I want SO BAD on display right now. Too bad I don’t have the money!

RainyDay1235MemberWe looked at Costco home in Kirkland. Isn’t the Costco stuff “you build”?
April 13, 2009 at 11:24 pm #664319
beachdrivegirlParticipantNot all of it…

GAnativeParticipantAsk at the regular Costco also. We bought one of those big backyard playsets at the store and they delivered and set it up for an extra charge.

MaterMemberLike I said earlier – Costco! :) Look online too. Although the items online are never actually carried in the store. But with free shipping and handling and easy returns what the heck. I think I heard that the home store closes in July – markdowns probably haven’t happened yet.
